Joyce recently made a career move into academia following the successful completion of her PhD research which examined the contribution being made by trade union equality representatives to union modernisation. Prior to this, Joyce was Head of Assisted Transport at Transport for London, responsible for developing new strategic approaches to transport provision for older and disabled Londoners.
As Research Associate, Joyce is supporting the project’s data collection and analysis as well as project administration and communications.
