Anna Ritchie Allan

Close the Gap is Scotland’s policy advocacy organisation working on women’s labour market equality. We work with policymakers, employers and unions to enable and influence action to address the causes of the gender pay gap. Close the Gap supports public bodies to better meet the public sector equality duty, including the public procurement duty. We also deliver policy advocacy focused on strengthening the procurement duty and influence improved action around equality and procurement more widely that will advance women’s equality in the labour market.

Anna Ritchie Allan is Close the Gap’s Executive Director and has extensive experience of influencing public bodies on the public sector equality duty and delivering advocacy with Scottish Government on procurement and women’s equality.
