Barbara Morton

Barbara Morton (founding Director, Sustainable Procurement Ltd) – based in Scotland but also bringing an international focus (currently working on project in Tanzania for example, that aims to encourage women-led SMEs to engage with public sector procurement). Barbara has developed tools, training and guidance on sustainable procurement and how to embed equality and socio-economic outcomes into procurement processes. She has collaborated with EHRC and others to promote the use of procurement as a mechanism for delivering sustainable outcomes.
