Liz Holford

Liz has twenty years’ experience in sustainable and responsible procurement, working on flagship developments (e.g. London 2012, Crossrail, Thameslink programme and London Bridge station, HS2), within local authorities, as a consultant for multiple clients, and has provided training and guidance through the Supply Chain Sustainability School. Liz is currently Network Rail’s national technical and strategic lead for social value. She’s is a member of Social Value UK, a fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (FIEMA) and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
