Professor Tessa Wright

Professional Role: Professor of Employment Relations, Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity, School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London
Tessa has been researching and writing on equality and diversity at work for many years, with an interest in male-dominated work, in particular construction, transport and firefighting, focusing on gender, sexuality, occupational class and intersectionality.
As Principal Investigator Tessa has overall responsibility for the management of the project and the co-ordination of the research team and project partners. She is leading on the development of recommendations and project outputs such as the planned toolkit, project workshops and conference.
